Little Bites, Big Steps is an early childhood education initiative from KERA designed to reach parents and care providers of children ages 0-5. Funded by the National Recreation Foundation, the comprehensive five-hour curriculum offers a variety of tools to help our youngest children develop healthy eating and exercise habits right from the start.
